What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When you create an account, you provide us with an email address and password to securely log you in. Your password is stored in our database using secure one-way encryption, which we cannot reverse even if we wanted to.
When you place an order, you provide us with your name, address and billing information. We use this information to process and complete your order. After all, we need your address to ship it to you! We promise to not use this information for anything else.
Who we share your data with
We promise to never sell any of your personal party to any third-party.
Furthermore, we do not share your data with any third-party other than the bare necessities to complete your orders. This means that your data may be shared with the following parties:
- Companies that help us complete the order and deliver your goods to you. Your address is shared with the delivery company and your personal information is shared with our payment processor to complete your payment.
- We will comply with requests by law enforcement agencies under Belgian law.
Payment is handled securely by our payment processor. We do not store – or even have access to – your payment information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, the only data we keep is that which you have provided to us (which is simply your email, address and a history of your orders). You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you by contacting us. All users can see, edit, or delete their own personal information at any time. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
